  1. School year runs from September to June.
   2. No classes from December 15 to January 2 (Winter break).
   3. Master classes are held in June. The Maestros from India will conduct these.
       Students will be accessed and graded during these classes. Since Gandharva
       Mahavidyalaya has designated Pt. Ronu Majumdar as the Principle Acharya,
       these classes are a
requirement in order to qualify for examination and
       certification.
   4. Group classes will be held in June. Exact dates will be communicated by April
       of each year. These classes are
mandatory.
   5. Tuition is due by the 15th of the month preceding start of each semester.
   6. Checks are to be made payable to
Sadhana.
   7.
No refund for missed classes by the students.
   8. Students are allowed 1 missed class per semester and responsible to make
       arrangements with their teacher to make-up missed classes.
   9. Exception will be made for students going on vacation for three (3) weeks or
       longer or in the case if emergency.
  10. Regular attendance and participation required.
  11. Proper classroom dicipline to be maintained. No food during the class.
  12. Students are responsible for their own instruments and homework assignments.
  13. For all new enrollments, classes are held at various locations.
  14. The annual registration fee per student is $30.
  15. To partly cover the cost of the examiner from India, there will be an examination
        fee of $60 for Sadhana students and $75 for outside students.

1. Pranayam,
       2. Basic S-RG-M exercise,
       3. Singing and playing instruments,
       4 Hindustani classical music training,
       5.Bhajans and Songs of student's
          choice.
